At Creative Solutions in Healthcare, we’re hiring a detail‑oriented and reliable Cash Posting Specialist to join our team! In this critical role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records by managing payments and cash transactions efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

In this role, you will:

• Manage Cash Transactions
  :
  Process incoming payments (cash, checks, and credit card transactions) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure Compliance
  :
  Follow the BILLING SOP MANUAL protocols and guidelines for each payor while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Reconcile Accounts
  :
  Prepare and make daily bank deposits, reconcile cash collections with receipts, and balance deposits against bank totals.
• Post Payments
  :
  Accurately post payments from insurance and patients, analyze EOBs for appeal or reprocessing needs, and allocate funds appropriately.
• Handle Refunds
  :
  Process refund requests from insurance, research issues, and post recoupments as needed.
• Maintain Records
  :
  Scan and upload all correspondence related to patient and insurance payments and ensure accurate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Support Reconciliation
  :
  Participate in monthly reconciliations and maintain up-to-date spreadsheets for deposits and exception reports.
• Provide Exceptional Customer Service
  :
  Address concerns or issues promptly and professionally while maintaining confidentiality.

• Excels in time management and consistently meets deadlines.
• Understands basic accounting principles and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Maintains integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
