The Treasury of Bank Administration Manager is primarily responsible for all aspect of bank administration, management of the placement fee program and escheatment for the company.

• Establish and manage banking relationships and bank accounts/services
• Manage user access to internal and external systems managed by Treasury
• Manage all aspects of interest earned on deposits which include detailed monthly reconciliation and reporting
• Manage all aspects of escheatment (reporting and remitting of stale checks to all States) which requires coordination with internal departments and the vendor
• Liaise with internal departments and banks to resolve on going standard and non-standard issues
• Participate in audits
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organizations culture and values

• Prior experience in bank administration
• High proficiency in Excel
• Experience in SQL a plus
• Prior experience in mortgage banking a plus
• Critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgement
