Senior Financial Analyst- Revenue

Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue role is a key position in the Revenue Finance team and is responsible for Revenue Accounting & Reporting. Requires strong working relationships with the Accounting & Reporting team, Divisional Finance and the Commercial organization.

Skill Set

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting and/or Finance
• CPA and/or CMA is strongly preferred
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred
• Continuous Improvement training preferred (i.e. Six Sigma)
• Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful improvements in performance, quality and efficiency through system and process innovation and effective project management
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization, and build mutually productive business partner
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS (GAAP), accounting and financial reporting requirements, Enterprise systems knowledge (SAP)
• Significant experience in financial accounting and reporting, auditing and financial process engineering, with record of strong control focus
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing and management skills
• 4+ years of Financial experience, preferably in Big 4 public accounting, and the healthcare industry
