The Bolton Group is partnering with a large financial services organization to find a Senior Accountant to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a very well-established organization that has never gone through any layoffs.
The schedule is fully on-site.
Base pay range$90,000.00/yr - $/yr
Pay: 90K
-115K + Bonus
The Financial Control Accountant will be part of a high-performing team, supporting various departments by leveraging technology for process improvements. This role centers around fund accounting, trade settlement, and securities operations across multiple entities and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
- CPA or CFA required
- 2+ years of medium to large-sized firms public accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and databases
- Solid academic background in finance, accounting, economics, statistics, MIS, or engineering
- Willingness to commit for a minimum of two years
