The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who will oversee the company's financial records and account personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the company's financial accounts.

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with GAAP.
• Own and optimize the Great Plains (Dynamics GP) environment
  , including system integrity, reporting, process improvements, and collaboration with operations and leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
• Serve as a strategic financial partner to leadership by providing clear financial insights, strengthening internal controls, supporting growth initiatives, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with government agencies.
• Act as the point of contact for external auditors.
• Maintain internal books and finances and analyze financial transactions.
