Zacks Investment Consultant

The Zacks Investment Consultant role is designed to cultivate strong client relationships, offering high-quality, comprehensive financial advice and support. The consultant will focus on understanding clients' financial goals, providing strategic guidance, and enhancing client satisfaction through proactive engagement and exceptional service. Join our team as an Investment Consultant at Zacks Investment Management (ZIM), where we cater to a distinguished portfolio of high-net-worth clients through our distinct approach tailored specifically for private clients.

In your role as an Investment Consultant, you will serve as a pivotal contact for Zacks Investment Management, collaborating closely with our internal portfolio management and research teams, tax consultants and our external sales force. This position is designed to leverage your financial expertise to enhance our investment strategies and client interactions. You will benefit from support and guidance from seasoned team members, whose experience and established client relationships are instrumental in facilitating your success in this role.

This is an exceptional opportunity to apply your background in finance and investment management within a supportive and specialized environment, aimed at optimizing client outcomes and advancing your professional growth.

  • Perform administrative duties such as handling telephones, processing forms, and completing travel and expense reports as needed.
  • Produce reports to support sales efforts and maintain regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2‑4 years of experience in financial services, sales, and support.
  • Must hold a Series 65 license.
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, M365, and Teams; experience with related technology software and planning tools is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of investment concepts, practices, and procedures in the securities and insurance industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, time‑management, and organizational skills.
