Treasury Operations Specialist

Our client, a growing and dynamic technology company headquartered in Dallas, is seeking a Treasury Operations Accountant to join their Finance team. This role is ideal for early‑career accounting professionals who want broad exposure to both core accounting and treasury operations
, with high visibility across the organization.

This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, support significant cash activity, and develop a strong foundation in corporate accounting, financial operations, and cash management.

Operational Accounting

• Prepare journal entries and assist with month‑end close
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Support accounts payable, vendor onboarding, and expense report reviews
• Maintain accurate financial records and support audits
• Assist with reporting and financial analysis projects

Treasury & Cash Operations

• Monitor daily cash activity and support cash flow forecasting
• Assist in managing ~100 bank accounts with high‑value transactions
• Prepare and recommend weekly payments, including U.S. and international disbursements
• Work directly with banking partners (JP Morgan, HSBC) on operational items
• Ensure compliance with internal controls over cash handling

Systems & Tools

• Use Concur, online banking platforms, and Excel for reporting and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in accounting, treasury, or audit (internships welcome)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of GAAP principles
• Confident communicator with the ability to work cross‑functionally
• Someone eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within the finance function
• Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment

• Exposure to significant cash operations and global royalty distributions
• Direct visibility to senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO
• Hands‑on learning across accounting, treasury, and financial operations
