Accounting Manager – Growth-Focused Beverage Company

Overview:

A leading beverage company, part of a joint venture between two industry leaders, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting processes and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure to leadership and the opportunity to help shape the future of the organization.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including GL postings, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Manage shared services relationships for record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay processes
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax filings (including excise tax)
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Support external audits and provide timely, accurate reporting to leadership
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting, and ad‑hoc financial analysis as needed
• Build and optimize Excel models, including advanced functions, macros, and data queries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and shared service partners
• Participate in ongoing process improvement and system enhancement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required;
  CPA required
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP
• Advanced Excel skills (ability to build macros, queries, and connect data sources)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and growth‑oriented environment
• Experience in a shared services or multi‑entity environment preferred
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process improvement skills
• High level of integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset

• Competitive compensation: $125,000–$135,000 base + 10% bonus
