Overview:
A leading beverage company, part of a joint venture between two industry leaders, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting processes and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure to leadership and the opportunity to help shape the future of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including GL postings, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Manage shared services relationships for record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay processes
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax filings (including excise tax)
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Support external audits and provide timely, accurate reporting to leadership
- Perform variance analysis, budgeting, and ad‑hoc financial analysis as needed
- Build and optimize Excel models, including advanced functions, macros, and data queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and shared service partners
- Participate in ongoing process improvement and system enhancement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required;
CPA required - 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP
- Advanced Excel skills (ability to build macros, queries, and connect data sources)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and growth‑oriented environment
- Experience in a shared services or multi‑entity environment preferred
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process improvement skills
- High level of integrity, resilience, and a growth mindset

- Competitive compensation: $125,000–$135,000 base + 10% bonus
