Job Title: Oil & Gas Portfolio Associate

Location: Fort Worth, TX

• Interpret and analyze land titles and mineral ownership records, and oil & gas lease agreements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and contractual obligations.

• Review and validate division orders for accuracy and proper ownership allocation.

• Analyze and process Joint Interest Billing (JIB) statements.
• Manage revenue processing, including verification of timely and accurate payments.
• Identify and recover suspended revenue to maximize asset value.

• Oversee asset setup, takedown, and distribution processes.
• Support operational and management projects related to oil & gas assets.

• Track oil & gas company bankruptcies and assess potential impacts.
• Monitor and manage ad valorem tax obligations.

• Be cross‑trained in work processes for both management and operations to ensure continuity and efficiency.
• Prepare and review detailed account reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Oil & Gas Land Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and asset management systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and detail‑oriented.
