• Lead all phases of client engagements, including primary client relationship management, proactive tax compliance, and tax advisory services.
• Develop and coach professional staff; deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in practice development efforts by attracting and serving new clients, expanding services to existing clients, and helping recruit and retain team members.
• Understand and manage firm risk on tax services performed; review complex tax returns; continuously enhance technical knowledge; deliver value-added tax planning ideas.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant tax experience, including technical tax consulting, research, and implementation of planning strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising multiple direct reports and reviewing their work product.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Role may involve client-facing services to non-O&G clients in various industries.
