Overview
Join First Community Credit Union as a Mortgage Loan Officer – Dallas and help develop a thriving residential mortgage pipeline in the Dallas/Fort Worth community.
Responsibilities- Originate residential mortgage loans and manage a personal loan pipeline.
- Network with potential borrowers, community members, and referral partners to grow new business.
- Meet monthly loan volume targets to earn commissions and achieve unlimited earning potential.
- Maintain accurate loan documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of one year of residential mortgage sales and origination experience.
- Must maintain NMLS Mortgage Loan Officer designation and report any abnormal situations regarding the designation to the supervisor.
- Strong business development skills and a passion for networking with the Dallas/Fort Worth community.
