Assistant Manager – Domino's Pizza

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time while expecting the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Experience operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork.
• Orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communication skills: comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Standing most of the time; walking short distances for short durations.
• Weight lifting up to 50 pounds (bulk product deliveries), moving cases, carrying, pushing, pulling, pushing trays on dollies, occasionally climbing stairs or a ladder.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions when performing outside tasks, temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters.
• Requiring forward bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching up to 72″, eye‑hand coordination, and frequent use of hands for shaping pizza dough, manipulating pizza peel, using rolling cutter, and assembling pizza boxes.
