• Partner closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and sub-consultants to ensure alignment across every stage of project development.
• Participate in Project Kickoff Meetings and Design Charrettes, contributing insights that elevate design quality and client satisfaction.
• Research ordinances, regulations, and standards to guide compliant, forward-thinking design solutions.

• Lead Construction Drawing completion delegating tasks, reviewing checklists, and performing QC on all assigned sheets.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, exhibits, and detailed cost estimates to support project proposals and design submissions.
• Review surveys, feedback, and consultant drawings, providing recommendations that improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Support and train junior drafters and designers, helping develop the next generation of civil design talent.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the design team.

• 8+ years of experience in Land Development and 5+ years of hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Deep knowledge of civil infrastructure design including grading, drainage, paving, water, and sewer systems.
• Strong ability to interpret and integrate consultant drawings, reports, and survey data into construction documents.
• Proven record of managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• A collaborative, proactive, and professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for precision, innovation, and creating designs that stand the test of time.
