We’re seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team based in Dallas, TX or Ft. Worth, TX
. You’ll have the opportunity to use your vast industry experience to solve today’s challenges.

As part of our team, you’ll work on projects that bring innovative solutions to our clients’ challenges locally and worldwide as part of an integrated building services design.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Design and perform calculations for lighting systems and associated controls
• Prepare load analysis for different stages of design
• Oversee the preparation of drawings detailing system design
• Prepare basis of design reports
• Prepare and document energy compliance calculations and forms
• Design grounding and lightning protection
• Design redundant electrical systems
• Mitigate hazardous area concerns
• Select equipment and fixtures for use in the building
• Coordinate with engineers and architects of other disciplines
• Facilitate construction administration
• Travel to client sites as required to support project designs
• Mentor junior engineers and foster professional development
• Collaborate with the broader design team to deliver exceptional results

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License. Ability to obtain the license within six months of hire is acceptable.
• At least four years of experience in a corporate engineering environment in electrical engineering capacity
• Strong mentorship focus to develop future engineers
• Strong technical focus in the architectural engineering space
• Proficiency in Revit and 3D CADD
• Independent initiative, creative problem‑solving, eagerness to learn, and teamwork dedication

• Exposure to medium voltage (and high voltage) designs
• Exposure to SCADA design
• Experience with mission‑critical concepts for healthcare, datacenters, and/or transportation
• Appreciation for travel in support of projects and sales pursuits
