US Citizenship Required.
Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, Sustainment planning experience, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost. Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required.
Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.
Required Skills:
• Experience using planning Del Tek Open Plan
• Critical Path Scheduling methodology experience
• Program Master Scheduling Experience.
• Aerospace/Aviation (preferred)

• Microsoft Project Experience,
• Milestones Professional Experience,
• Proven Planning and Scheduling Expertise
• Proposal Planning expertise.
• Demonstrated Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Experience.
• Previous client experience
• Candidate must be flexible to work on a variety of assignments and be able to work with other planners/schedulers and internal customer in a fast pace and changing environment.
• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to lead meetings and reviews
• Understanding of EV to make sure proposals will be executable
• Ability to comprehend schedule requirements and document them in a meaningful way
• Secret Clearance
