We are Lockheed Martin This position is for a Project Engineer (PE) Staff position within the Advanced Development Programs (ADP). The selected candidate will support the Program Management Office (PMO) in the execution of the ADP portfolio. What You Will Be Doing Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordination of technical/programmatic data across the Engineering team and across the program, building and status of program schedules to align development activities, and assist in driving execute across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with and establish technical baseline development plans as primary means to control scope and schedule. Perform CAM duties (CAM certified preferred).
• Regular interface with Customer, engineering leadership, and periodic interaction with key suppliers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Secret or higher security clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering.
• Experience working on cross-functional programs and activities.
• Experience with coordinating, planning, and execution of technical reviews.
• Experience with with cost account management.
• Experience reviewing program documents and deliverables.
• Experience briefing leadership teams and functional management on program status and forecasted.
Desired

Skills:

• Strong understanding of aircraft design

• Program or Project Engineering experience

• Experience leading or collaborating with working groups of subject matter experts across business units

• Exemplary written and oral communication skills

• Highly motivated person willing to work independently with little supervision

• Experienced in various operations tools including Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA and Microsoft Office tools

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
