• Experience working with the following hardware/routers:
  • Ciena 6500 platform, D2, D7, 180
  • Meraki
  • Cisco NC2006 & 2015
  • Juniper
  • Nokia
• Team player
• Connectivity troubleshooting knowledge

• Receive an order through a Jira ticketing system, pull the required hardware (checking PDG and requirement list), build and configure devices to the specified IOS, and coordinate with the engineering team for verification before shipping.
• Participate in training on specific protocols provided by the team.
• Configure devices to the correct IOS as instructed by engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in network engineering.
• Plan and implement enterprise networks and related hardware and software.
• Design and document network architecture.
• Assess existing technologies to determine performance and capacity gaps.
• Establish security (firewalls, intrusion detection), connectivity, and access parameters.
• Provide recommendations to optimize network infrastructure.
• Test and tune security devices and systems.
• Program routers and switches; implement communications technologies (data or voice).
• Manage network services from planning through implementation.
• Solid knowledge of routing protocols, network hardware and software, security technologies, and network infrastructure.
