Job DescriptionJoin our team for a unique opportunity working directly with one of the world s largest technology companies. As a BIM Coordinator, you will collaborate with our BIM team to maintain accurate Revit and CAD files, serving as the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance. Your responsibilities include coordinating the delivery and maintaining CAD/BIM content for data center projects, using professional tools and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
This role requires the ability to multitask and work well with our team and a variety of stakeholders. You will also provide support to the CAD/BIM team during various project milestones, lead closeout efforts, coordinate with stakeholders, perform model health checks, incorporate retrofit projects into existing models, and perform general model maintenance/drafting.
- Maintain accurate Revit and CAD files; act as the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance
- Coordinate the delivery and maintenance of CAD/BIM content for data center projects
- Provide support to the CAD/BIM team during various project milestones
- Lead closeout efforts and coordinate with stakeholders
