Description
Execute the configuration of Mx in Master Control to streamline the transition paper batch records to electronic.
Responsibilities- Configure, implement, and validate Master Control Mx / Manufacturing Excellence (Electronic Batch Record) workflows, templates, and forms.
- Partner with Production, Quality, and IT to translate manufacturing processes into digital E designs.
- Develop and maintain equipment, material, and process configurations within Master Control Mx.
- Collaborate with operators and supervisors to ensure workflows reflect production practices.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement of digital workflows.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance, and deployment activities for new or updated Mx configurations.
- Train end users on Mx processes, system navigation, and best practices.
- Maintain documentation, including configuration specs, change controls, and validation artifacts.
- Work with the Master Control vendor as needed to resolve system issues or optimize configurations.
- Support long‑term roadmap efforts for digital manufacturing initiatives (e.g., automation, integrations, MES scaling).
- Have excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Methodical approach to all aspects of the job.
- Follow up on any outstanding or open issues in a timely manner.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration with multiple departments.
- BS in Science or Engineering; MS, MBA, or more desirable.
- 4+ years in manufacturing.
- 2+ years of experience in medical devices.
- 2+ years of E configuration experience.
- 2+ years Master Control experience.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
