What You Will Be Doing
The Production Engineering Central Services (PECS) organization is seeking a highly motivated, technically skilled professional to serve as the Teamcenter Technical Lead for the Production Engineering Digital Transformation (PEDX) team. In this role, you will lead a group of capability developers in delivering high‑impact solutions that address program priorities and strategic business goals. You will provide on‑the‑job technical mentorship, assist with team tasking, and may also act as the lead for one or more specific capability development teams.
The successful candidate will be pivotal to expanding and operationalizing capabilities within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem—specifically Teamcenter. Your work will directly support the company’s Digital Transformation and 1
LMX initiatives, ensuring that our PLM environment remains tightly aligned with both current and future program demands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of Teamcenter capability developers, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
- Serving as a technical advisor to leadership on PLM strategy and roadmap alignment.
- Developing PE capabilities in the Teamcenter PLM, aligning software functionality with current and future program needs.
- Authoring comprehensive Teamcenter job guides, training curricula, and standard operating procedures focused on PE responsibilities.
- Validating end‑to‑end functionality of capabilities across the Integrated Operational Framework (IOF), including interfacing to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of PLM capabilities across the ecosystem.

Basic Qualifications- Proficiency in Teamcenter
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance per business requirements. Interim clearance required to start.
- Experience in Production Engineering environment
- Experience using Confluence and Jira
- Familiar with Agile methodology
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience with Digital Transformation and 1
LMX initiatives. - Experience working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Secret Clearance.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. - Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
