Data Analyst Senior - Level 3

Overview

The selected candidate will join the Integrated Data Solutions (IDS) team establishing the technical publications for the Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) integration effort. The IDSIBP Integration Team is establishing a brand new IPB capability that will design, build, and operate end to end processes for capturing, authoring, delivering, and supporting engineering data. We are seeking motivated IPB Integration team members who will lead the requirements definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IPB workflow, working closely with engineering, sustainment, and delivery stakeholders.

• Lead the requirements definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IPB workflow, working closely with engineering, sustainment, and delivery stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience with the use and interpretation of technical publications and/or forms (i.e., military/civilian flight manuals or weapons employment/delivery; blueprints, engineering drawings, etc.)
• Experience writing and/or implementing technical requirements
• Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation both internally and externally, with customer
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment to integrate and deliver data
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance as required by the program

• Engineering data management, configuration management, IPB or Technical publications environments
• Experience with S1000D, XML, Schema and/or DTD Development
• Experience with IPB or illustrated parts breakdown or similar technical data publishing (e.g., IPB, Illustrated Parts Catalog)
• Hands on experience with scripting/automation languages (e.g. Python) and using technical requirement tools (e.g., DOORS)
• Exposure to AI/ML based quality checking tools for engineering data
• Strong communication aptitude: produce concise design briefs, documentation, and technical illustrations; facilitate cross functional workshops; gather feedback; and negotiate creative solutions aligned with business goals
• Demonstrated adaptability: stay current with emerging tools, trends, and interactive technologies to continuously elevate deliverables
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development practices and requirement management tools

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
