As Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) projects, ensuring performance, schedule, quality and client satisfaction.

• Lead team efforts for marketing and strategy development.
• Identify prospects, develop proposals, and conduct client presentations.
• Drive new business objectives and overall project performance.

• Interact with clients and promote Black & Veatch at community activities.
• Support market business plans and client engagement strategies.

• Oversee engineering managers and develop project performance goals.
• Lead budgeting, invoicing, payments, and project performance reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams and owner representatives.

• Mentor and coach team members for performance improvement.
• Recommend training, promote, and develop new candidates.

• 10+ years of engineering experience with active water/wastewater projects, leadership in the Fort Worth/Dallas market.
• Professional Engineering License and a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline.
• Understanding of budgets, financial metrics, contract negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements.

• Hybrid or flexible work options after the first 90 days.
• Typical office and construction environments with exposure to extreme weather, high noise, electrical hazards, chemicals, heavy lifting up to 40 lbs.

USD ,000 annually (based on experience) in the Dallas‑Fort Worth area.
