Project Manager, Water/Wastewater Utilities
Halff has a position open for a Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer, with their Texas PE License, to join our Water/Wastewater Utilities team as Project Manager in one of our Fort Worth, TX offices. The ideal candidate would bring at least 1 year of Project Management experience (or 5+ years of engineering experience) in Water/Wastewater pipeline and/or facility design. What You Will Do- Support preparation of scopes of work and budgets.
- Conduct studies, prepare reports, and read/develop construction plans and specifications.
- Manage and work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants.
- Coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issues.
- Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice.
- Support construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree (preferably in Civil or Environmental Engineering).
- At least 1 year of Project Management experience (or 5+ years of engineering experience) in Water/Wastewater pipeline and/or facility design
- Professional Engineer License (PE) in the State of Texas.
- Water/Wastewater treatment, pump/lift stations and water storage experience desirable, but not required.
- Must be proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications.
- Previous experience in coordinating project deliverables, managing project budgets and schedule, and identifying resolution of issues.

- Interdisciplinary team can provide full services from land development to treatment facility design.
- Our teams have completed hundreds of miles of pipeline projects including new, replacement and rehabilitation for sizes up to 120-inches in diameter.
