Electrical Pre-Construction Manager – Head of Construction Recruitment (Texas)

- Support Business Development in proposal presentations, interviews, and assist Sales/Marketing in building relationships with General Contractors and Architect/Engineer firms.
- Prepare preliminary, schematic, design development, and construction document estimates and studies during preconstruction.
- Initiate and maintain contact with General Contractors and A/E firms.
- Participate in design decisions, evaluations, value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
- Identify new work opportunities and monitor cost trends.
- Evaluate and analyze subcontractor proposals.
- Assist in preparing construction schedules for estimating purposes.
- Collaborate with operations to discuss staffing requirements and build project teams.
- Minimum 4 years of estimating experience in a Pre-Construction Manager role.
- Proven experience with large commercial and industrial projects (concept to close-out).
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Stable employment history.
- Experience with Accubid and/or Conest.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- 4 years of estimating experience in a Pre-Construction Manager role.
- Must have experience with large commercial and industrial projects (concept to close-out).
- Knowledge of all electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Expert computer software skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Particularly Excel).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong employment stability.
- Experience with Accubid and/or Conest.
- Knowledge of Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
