We’re working with a highly respected civil engineering firm to find a Practice Leader – Land/Site Development for their growing Fort Worth team. If you're a seasoned civil engineer with a passion for mentoring others and delivering best-in‑class site development projects, this is the place to take your career to the next level.

In this role, you’ll have both technical and business leadership responsibilities, including:

• Leading a team of project managers, engineers, and designers to deliver top‑tier site development projects.
• Managing design and production of plans/specs for multi‑family, commercial/retail, and industrial developments, including:
  • Paving.
  • Grading.
  • Drainage.
  • Water and sanitary sewer systems.
  • Storm sewer and other site infrastructure.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Maintaining and growing client relationships while seeking out new business opportunities.
• Overseeing project management reporting and ensuring timely, accurate client invoicing.
• Managing team performance and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Guiding team members with mentorship, technical support, and leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
• 10+ years of experience in site development (commercial, industrial, multi‑family).
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Strong technical skills with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, Storm
  
  CAD, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with municipalities, cities, or counties (preferred).
• MUD District experience (preferred).
• A collaborative, mentorship‑oriented mindset.
