Sr. Project Manager/Lead – Water

Garver is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Lead to join our established Water Services team in one of the following locations:
Ft. Worth, Dallas or Frisco.

• Perform a wide array of Water Business Line planning, modeling and design projects for Garver’s clients in Texas, including distribution systems (conveyance and network piping, pump stations, storage units, reservoirs) and collection systems (interceptor, network and outfall piping, pump stations).
• Produce design phase deliverables such as reports, technical memoranda, design manuals, plans, sections, details and specifications.
• Work closely with clients to ensure quality deliverables are met efficiently.
• Effectively communicate with internal and external clients one‑on‑one, as a group or in presentations.
• Steer a team of junior project engineers and CAD technicians to accomplish design, budget and project requirements.
• Demonstrate a desire to gain marketing and project management experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, biological, or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 15 or more years of related water/wastewater design experience.
• Familiarity with ODEQ regulations.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.

• Experience with Water
  
  CAD, Sewer
  
  CAD or Civil3D.
• Master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• Design/build experience.
