Key Responsibilities- Conduct boundary and topographic surveys and verify the accuracy of field data
- Prepare and maintain survey sketches, maps, reports, and documentation
- Operate and maintain modern surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, theodolites)
- Research legal records, survey data, and land titles
- Supervise and manage field staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to support land development and construction projects
- Prepare and present survey findings to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
- Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of land surveying experience
- Proficiency with modern surveying technology and GIS software
- Strong knowledge of surveying laws and regulations
