Systems Engineer
What You Will Be Doing:
Serve on the Sustainment Analytics and Modeling (SA&M) team as part of the Digital Sustainment and Analytics (DSA) organization of the Sustainment Operations business unit. Provide primary support to the F-35 Sustainment Ops Modeling Value Stream (Ecosystem), and corresponding Solution Train Governance Team, while also supporting data analyst/science team members working across other Aero platforms as the lead project scheduler and configuration manager.
Primary responsibilities includes serving as the dedicated Project Engineer for the MVS Project Manager:
- Managing the MVS project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and ensuring interconnectivity with other ongoing F‑35 Release, NBF Development Project, and Functional team schedules.
- Scheduling and coordinating IMS and schedule reviews with senior leadership.
- Coordinating and leading updates to existing process documentation and command media.
- Managing and coordinating risk, issues, and opportunities for the MVS Project in ROADS in accordance with established ROMP.
- Assisting the Modeling Solution Train (MST) Solution Integrator with agile ceremony planning and coordination, action items, and high‑level backlog task tracking, metrics gathering and reporting, etc. as needed.
- Assisting other members of the MST with different process improvements initiatives as needed.

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Systems, Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.) Physics, Data Science, Data Analysis, or Mathematics.
- Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance to perform job duties.
- Schedule and project management experience.
- Presentation development.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Skills:
- Ability to collaborate and integrate high performance multi‑functional teams.
- Good verbal & written communication skills to different levels of the organization including external customers, and the ability to create presentation material for recurring meetings.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
