Key Responsibilities- Serve as a key technical contributor for metric reporting and degrader analytics processes across complex aerospace systems.
- Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify anomalies, degraders, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions that improve system reliability.
- Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive library of system performance metric documentation.
- Proactively manage your workload and time, demonstrating initiative and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Communicate insights clearly to internal stakeholders to support data‑driven decisions.

Further Information About This OpportunityThis position is in Fort Worth, TX.
Basic Qualifications- Holds at least 1 year of professional experience.
- Previous experience as a flight line maintainer or similar role reviewing flight operational data and performance.
- Demonstrated experience using spreadsheets, databases (MS Excel, Access, HANA, Tableau, or SQL/Oracle), and experience with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, PowerPoint).
- F‑35 program experience strongly preferred – flight line maintainer or other.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related field.
- Advanced experience in using spreadsheets (MS Excel – Equations, Pivot Tables and/or VBA).
- Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills advantageous.
- Understanding of performance metric measures and readiness reporting techniques.
- Ability to perform detail‑oriented work with a high degree of accuracy and quick delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to address diverse audiences.
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part‑time Remote Telework – the employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
