Supply Chain - Senior Procurement - Buyer - L3 - Fort Worth TX

Join Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as a Senior Procurement Buyer supporting Skunk Works programs. Position is On‑Site in Fort Worth TX. Application window approximately 90 days.

• Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on complex build‑to‑print DOD subcontracts.
• Hold procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within authority.
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements and terms and conditions for specialized materials and equipment.
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, develop evaluation criteria, negotiate subcontract provisions including price and select or recommend subcontractors.
• Write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience; 6+ years professional experience or 4 years with related Master’s.
• Experience establishing supplier relationships and managing continuous improvement of supplier performance.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Commitment to be on‑site at least 2 days a week.
• U.S. Secret Security Clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.

• Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures (FAR/DFAR/LMAP/Aero Code).
