Job Title:
Quality Assurance Technician/ Eng with FAI (Aerospace Industry)
Location:
Fort Worth, TX
Must have:
Candidate to create and review First Article Inspection (FAI)
Pre-Plan:
Aerospace experience, Manufacturing or Production experience
1+ years
- Preplan AS9102 compliant FAI’s utilizing planning document, 2D/3D engineering drawings.
- Develop AS9102 Forms #1,2 and 3 (Customize if required to meet customer requirement).
- Create a Ballooned drawing which links engineering features to the appropriate entry on the FAI form.
- Add instructions/remarks for inspection.
- Prepare and maintain applicable FAI Metrics.
- Standardize FAI Plans based on Part families.
- Automate the process to reduce the errors in planning.
- Perform FAI Reviews in Net-inspect
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
