Dollamur is looking for a hands‑on Quality Engineer to lead improvements in product quality, production efficiency, and process reliability. This is not a “reporting” role—it's an opportunity to roll up your sleeves, find solutions, and make an impact on how we build the best mats in the industry.

In this role, you’ll:

• Identify and fix root causes of production quality issues.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to streamline processes.
• Maintain and improve existing quality systems and documentation.
• Lead the quality side of our new factory floor technology system.
• Analyze data to drive measurable improvement in defect reduction and efficiency.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are passionate about manufacturing and process improvement.
• Enjoy working cross‑functionally with people and technology.
• Have a background in quality engineering, manufacturing, or process design.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality improvement roles.
• Experience with root cause analysis, SPC, and continuous improvement tools.
