Job Description You will be a F-35 Degrader Action Cell Lead – Level 4.

• Leading cross-functional projects focused on sustainment improvements and cost-reduction initiatives for the F-35 fleet.
• Investigating and analyzing performance degraders, supply chain posture, and maintenance practices to recommend actionable solutions.
• Supporting the development and optimization of maintenance plans, including updates to existing procedures and documentation.
• Driving project life cycles end-to-end – from identification and triage, through solution development, implementation, and closure.
• Preparing and delivering high-level briefings to executive leadership, the Joint Program Office (JPO), and other key stakeholders.
• Clearly communicating technical analysis, project impacts, associated risks, and expected efficiencies.

Further Information About This Opportunity This position is in Fort Worth, TX

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent technical education and/or experience
• Holds demonstrated Project Management and/or Engineering Skills to lead and conduct analysis of complex sustainment/engineering/supply chain issues.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet program or project schedule milestones.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

• Experience with Root Cause, Corrective Actions (Six Sigma) or similar.
• Project Management Certification.
• Understanding of Aircraft Status Reporting and Performance Indicators (Production/Maintenance Control).
• Experience with analysis tools, data management, or comparative analysis.
• Proficient with workflow management tools (Jira, Confluence, Tableau).
