Industrial Engineering Manager -Level 4

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• Functional application of Industrial Engineering tools and techniques in an Assembly or Delivery Operations environment; could include production scheduling, manufacturing/labor estimating, or capacity/resource planning.
• Experience managing metrics and reporting tools to ensure elements of cost, schedule, quality, safety, and workforce are designed into production decisions and forecasts.

• Manage analysis and design of sequence of operations and workflow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of key deliverables pertaining to schedule management, cost control, cost reduction, capacity/resource planning, inventory control, and production record systems; monitor development and implementation plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.
• Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

3 day weekends every weekend!

• Prior leadership or technical lead experience
• Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes
• Project management experience
• Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA, etc.)
• Experience working with Manufacturing Systems; could include SAP, SFM, CAPP, ECM, iBaseT, Apriso, 3DX or XVE.
• Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW)
• Data Analytics Processes and tools experience:
  Regression analysis, statistical process control, data mining, SQL, R, Cobra, Python, Tableau.
