We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team  ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in quality assurance within manufacturing environments, and passionate about driving continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.

• Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Create and implement testing and inspection protocols for products throughout the production process.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and approval of First Article Inspection reports in accordance with the AS9102 Rev C standard.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and other methodologies.
• Investigate product defects, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering.
• Experience with in aerospace, avionics, or electronics integration/manufacturing (advantage).
• Familiarity with IPC standards (advantage).
• Experience in FAA Part 145 environments (advantage).
• Proficiency in QMS, statistical analysis, and improvement methodologies.
• Experience with quality tools/software (e.g., Net-Inspect, SAP).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Occasional travel required.

This role operates in indoor settings, including office and warehouse/aircraft hangar environments, requiring the use of standard office equipment and safety gear. Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration may occur.
