About the Job
This role is based in Fort Worth, Texas, supporting the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) team as an Integration Fighter Group (IFG) and (Advance Program Development) Technical Integrator for Contract Field Teams.
Your Mission
As a Technical Integrator, you will serve as the technical expert, assisting the Contract Field Team Manager with oversight of field teams supporting Lockheed Martin customers. Your responsibilities include:
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of leadership experience in aircraft maintenance.
- Experience with F-16 or F-22 aircraft maintenance and modifications.
- Depot level maintenance or management experience.
- Proven ability to lead aircraft modification projects.
- Extensive TCTD implementation experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for project management.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desired Skills
- Experience with F-35 or other fifth-generation aircraft, or F-15, A-10, F-18.
- Knowledge of USAF and USN maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication skills, including briefing and presentation development.
- Ability to develop maintenance plans, work schedules, and task assignments.
Security Clearance
This role requires a US citizenship and a current Interim Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain a Final Secret clearance.
Location
Fort Worth, Texas, with potential travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations. Military base access and a valid passport are required.
