Join as a Project Controller at BW Design Group
.

As a Project Controller, you will help our Construction and Engineering teams manage small, medium and large EPC projects, ensuring high quality, cost effectiveness, and on‑time delivery.

Who You’ll Work With

You will join one of our 45 US offices, be part of a committed team of over 1,500 professionals, and work directly with clients on high‑impact projects.

What You’ll Do
  • Participate in early planning, developing Level 1 schedules that capture scope, timeline, and milestones.
  • Develop and update project execution schedules, including resource loading.
  • Prepare schedule analysis, including milestone variance and critical‑path analysis, to focus the team on areas of concern.
  • Facilitate progress tracking with discipline leads to assess and report progress and forecast work hours to completion.
  • Assist project managers in identifying necessary changes relative to scope, schedule, and budget; facilitate change‑management during design and construction.
  • Facilitate cost‑control processes on construction scope projects, reviewing cost reports and analyzing anomalies relative to budgets and scopes.
  • Ensure project‑control reporting documents are produced and clearly communicate the latest status to the team.
Education / Experience

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field is preferred; experience can be considered. 3+ years’ experience in industrial‑related industries and projects.
