Scan Field Technician at HFA
Job Responsibilities- Utilize specialized equipment and software to scan, measure, and document As‑Built conditions for existing buildings and job sites.
- Transfer and manipulate captured data for processing in software.
- Develop analytical thinking with photography composition skills, mechanical mindfulness, and software adaptability.
- Maintain proper care of company equipment and ensure security and safety for yourself, equipment, and accessories.
- Work independently without direct day‑to‑day supervision and make technical decisions.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to produce work independently and coordinate effectively with team members.
- Be proactive and organized, managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Travel extensively across the country to perform on‑site property surveys.
- Physically demanding tasks including walking, lifting, and climbing on a consistent basis.
- No management experience required.
- Associate’s Degree or professional coursework in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- No licensure required.
