Scan Field Technician at HFA

• Utilize specialized equipment and software to scan, measure, and document As‑Built conditions for existing buildings and job sites.
• Transfer and manipulate captured data for processing in software.
• Develop analytical thinking with photography composition skills, mechanical mindfulness, and software adaptability.
• Maintain proper care of company equipment and ensure security and safety for yourself, equipment, and accessories.

• Work independently without direct day‑to‑day supervision and make technical decisions.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to produce work independently and coordinate effectively with team members.
• Be proactive and organized, managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Travel extensively across the country to perform on‑site property surveys.
• Physically demanding tasks including walking, lifting, and climbing on a consistent basis.

• No management experience required.
• Associate’s Degree or professional coursework in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• No licensure required.
