Alpha Schools has built a different model: one that replaces static lectures and standardized textbooks with AI‑driven adaptive platforms and mentor‑guided discovery. Students advance according to their individual readiness. Your role is to guide them toward understanding their own potential, not to deliver predetermined lesson plans.
This position is built for high‑achieving professionals who want to apply that energy to repairing a fundamentally flawed educational system. You will not be grading assignments or adhering to rigid curricula. Instead, you will facilitate workshops, cultivate curiosity, and demonstrate that learning becomes limitless when students take ownership of their own growth.
