• Building trust and mentoring K‑2 students, cultivating a mindset without limits.
• Leveraging AI‑powered adaptive learning platforms to create personalized educational experiences.
• Creating and facilitating life‑skills workshops focused on public speaking, goal‑setting, and collaboration to equip students for long‑term success.

• Supporting students in recognizing their individual strengths and areas of interest.

• Instructing core academic subjects or evaluating written assignments.

• Available to work on‑site at one of our campus locations:
  Phoenix, AZ;

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with children aged 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable roles.
• Proven public speaking ability, including demonstrated skill in engaging and energizing young learners.
• A genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K‑2.
• Authorization to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
