What You Will Be Doing- Building meaningful relationships with K-2 students through mentorship, establishing trust and cultivating a boundless mindset
- Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize individual educational trajectories
- Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops covering public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration that equip students for long-term achievement
- Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
- Assisting students in recognizing their unique strengths and passions
- Instructing core academic subjects or evaluating written assignments
- Available to work on-site at one of our locations:
Phoenix, AZ;
Austin, TX;
Fort Worth, TX;
Houston, TX. - Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
- Proven public speaking capabilities with the ability to captivate and energize young learners
- Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
- Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
- Willingness to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
