Traditional classrooms often teach at students rather than empowering them as co-learners. • Building meaningful relationships with K-2 students through mentorship, establishing trust and cultivating a boundless mindset
• Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize individual educational trajectories
• Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops covering public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration that equip students for long-term achievement
• Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
• Assisting students in recognizing their unique strengths and passions

• Instructing core academic subjects or evaluating written assignments

• Available to work on-site at one of our locations:
  Phoenix, AZ;
  Austin, TX;
  Fort Worth, TX;
  Houston, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching roles, or comparable contexts
• Proven public speaking capabilities with the ability to captivate and energize young learners
• Genuine passion for connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
• Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Willingness to participate in a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
