• Building trust and mentoring K‑2 students while inspiring a mindset without limits
• Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to tailor individual education paths
• Creating and facilitating life‑skills workshops (goal‑setting, public speaking, collaboration) that equip students for long‑term success
• Cultivating a culture rooted in curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
• Supporting students in recognizing their unique strengths and interests

• Delivering core subject instruction or grading papers

• Available to work in‑person at one of our campuses:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in education, after school, coaching, or similar environments
• Strong public speaking skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and energize young audiences
• A desire to connect, inspire, and motivate K‑2 students
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Able to attend a paid training program at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
