• Building trust and mentoring K-2 students, cultivating a mindset without limits
• Leveraging AI‑powered adaptive learning platforms to create personalized educational experiences
• Creating and facilitating life‑skills workshops focused on public speaking, goal‑setting, and collaboration to equip students for long‑term success
• Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous growth
• Supporting students in recognizing their individual strengths and areas of interest

• Instructing core academic subjects or evaluating written assignments

• Available to work on-site at one of our campus locations:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with children aged 4–8 in educational settings, after school programs, coaching, or comparable roles
• Proven public speaking ability, including demonstrated skill in engaging and energizing young learners
• A genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-2
• Authorization to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Willingness to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
