What

You’ll Do Admissions Leadership & Family Stewardship
  • Serve as a trusted, responsive, and empathetic point of contact for prospective Middle School (Grades 5–8) and Upper School (Grades 9–12) families.
  • Lead and coordinate all aspects of the application review process in partnership with the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management.
  • Provide engaging and informative campus tours.
  • Direct and enhance student experience during the admissions journey, including interviews, shadow days, and ambassador connections.
  • Collaborate closely with the Heads of Middle and Upper School and Admissions Committees to ensure mission‑aligned and thoughtful enrollment decisions.
  • Partner with colleagues to design and execute compelling admissions events that authentically showcase the TVS experience.
  • Stay informed about trends in independent school enrollment, competitive positioning, and financial aid strategy.
Financial Aid Administration
  • Oversee all aspects of financial aid file review for both current and prospective families.
  • Analyze applications and make recommendations to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management and the Financial Aid Committee.
  • Manage and present financial aid data clearly and accurately to school leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and applicable federal and state regulations regarding student and family information.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive financial data.
Student Leadership & Community Engagement
  • Lead the Student Ambassador Program, selecting, training, and mentoring student leaders who represent TVS with confidence and authenticity.
  • Participate fully in the life of the school, modeling enthusiasm, professionalism, and mission alignment across divisions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

This role requires occasional evening and weekend commitments in support of admissions events and school activities.

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related work (independent school experience preferred)
  • Experience reviewing financial aid files or comparable financial documentation preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and related technologies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required.
