Your role: create and lead brief, focused reading workshops that produce measurable gains in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then help us expand that program to campuses nationwide.

• Leading brief, focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
• Creating personalized motivational sessions through gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns
• Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy tools using classroom evidence
• Building scalable, AI-integrated content that empowers early elementary students to reach grade-level proficiency

• Conducting 90-minute classes or adhering to traditional curriculum—students master academic subjects via AI-adaptive applications

• Bachelor s degree
• Master s degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-written curricula
• Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and adjusting to student behaviors observed within them
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Availability to work on-site at one of our locations:

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
