Your role: create and lead brief, focused reading workshops that produce measurable gains in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then help us expand that program to campuses nationwide.

What You Will Be Doing- Leading brief, focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency abilities
- Creating personalized motivational sessions through gamified literacy benchmarks
- Reviewing student performance data to improve instruction and identify actionable patterns
- Partnering with engineers to assess and refine AI literacy tools using classroom evidence
- Building scalable, AI-integrated content that empowers early elementary students to reach grade-level proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute classes or adhering to traditional curriculum—students master academic subjects via AI-adaptive applications
- Bachelor s degree
- Master s degree in reading instruction OR advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing students into groups, and creating differentiated instruction independently of pre-written curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning tools and adjusting to student behaviors observed within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
