• Engaging with K-8 students in a mentorship capacity, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
• Leveraging AI-powered and adaptive learning technologies to customize educational trajectories—students advance at their own speed while you facilitate exploration
• Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
• Cultivating an environment of curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students in recognizing their individual strengths and passions

• Bachelor s degree in any discipline
• Demonstrated public speaking proficiency, with proven capacity to captivate and energize groups
• A genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
• 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
• Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
• Availability to work on-site at one of our campuses:
  Austin, TX;
  Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
• Capacity to participate in a paid training program located at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
