- Conducting brief, focused reading workshops that build phonics, fluency, and comprehension capabilities
- Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy achievement milestones
- Reviewing student performance data to refine teaching methods and identify actionable trends
- Working alongside engineers to assess and improve AI-powered literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-supported instructional content that enables early elementary learners to reach grade-level reading proficiency
- Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curricula—core academic content is delivered via AI-adaptive applications
- Bachelor s degree
- Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master s degree in reading instruction
- Minimum of 2 years experience conducting small-group reading interventions with K–2 students
- Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and adjusting instruction based on student interaction patterns
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirement

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
