Senior Associate, Alpha

Overview

On-site position in Austin, TX;
Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX. Salary: $100,000 annual, distributed weekly. Full health, dental, and vision coverage from day one. Relocation assistance available for those planning to move.

• Engaging with K-8 students in a mentorship capacity, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
• Leveraging AI and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational trajectories—students move forward at their own rhythm while you facilitate exploration
• Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (including public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained success
• Cultivating an environment centered on curiosity, ambition, and development—supporting students in recognizing their unique strengths and passions

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven public speaking abilities, with clear evidence of engaging and energizing diverse audiences
• Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
• 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Availability to work on-site at one of our campus locations:
  Austin, TX;
  Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX
• Ability to participate in a compensated training program held at our Austin, TX campus

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
