Required:

Master’s degree in reading instruction OR advanced reading certification (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent).

Our 2-Hour Learning approach combines AI-adaptive platforms with skilled instruction to accelerate reading outcomes. Your role: create and facilitate focused, high-impact reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners—then support us in replicating that success across campuses nationwide.

This role isn’t about lesson-plan busywork. It’s about evidence-based instruction, technology partnership, and establishing a reading framework that serves thousands of students.

• Facilitating focused, high-impact reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency
• Creating individualized motivational experiences using gamified literacy benchmarks
• Reviewing student performance data to improve instructional methods and generate actionable recommendations
• Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on real classroom outcomes
• Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary learners in reaching grade-level reading proficiency

• Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curricula—academic subjects are taught through AI-adaptive applications

• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master’s degree in reading instruction
• Minimum 2 years of experience facilitating small-group reading interventions for K–2 students
• Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student engagement patterns within them
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship requirements
• Able to work on-site at one of our locations:

  Plano, TX;
  Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
