This position seeks high achievers eager to apply that ambition toward repairing a failing educational structure. There will be no paper grading or rigid curriculum adherence. Instead, you will facilitate workshops, spark intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate that when students take ownership of their learning, growth becomes limitless.

What You Will Be Doing- Engaging with K-8 students in a mentorship capacity, establishing trust and cultivating a growth-oriented mindset
- Leveraging AI-based and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational trajectories—students advance at individualized speeds while you facilitate exploration
- Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops (such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration) that equip students for sustained achievement
- Cultivating an environment rooted in curiosity, ambition, and continuous development—support students in recognizing their unique strengths and passions
Key Responsibilities Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Demonstrated public speaking proficiency, with proven capability to captivate and energize groups
- A genuine commitment to connecting with, inspiring, and motivating students in grades K-8
- 3 years of experience in coaching or mentoring children
- Authorization to work legally in the US without requiring visa sponsorship
- Availability to work on-site at one of our campuses:
Austin, TX;
Brownsville, TX; or Fort Worth, TX - Capacity to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
