Led by certified educators (AMI, AMS, and MACTE), we offer programs from infancy through kindergarten, including the only AMI-guided infant program in Fort Worth. Role Description

As a Montessori Certified Toddler Guide, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for children ages 18 months to 3 years. Responsibilities include designing and implementing Montessori‑based lessons, guiding and observing children’s growth, fostering independence and curiosity, and collaborating with fellow educators and parents. You will also ensure the safety and well‑being of the children in your care while maintaining a learning space that reflects Montessori principles.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

  • Montessori‑certified (AMI, AMS, or MACTE) with experience teaching toddlers
  • Proficiency in child‑centered teaching methods, classroom management, and fostering individualized learning
  • Strong communication skills for working collaboratively with parents and colleagues
  • Ability to create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized learning environment
  • Passion for the Montessori philosophy and commitment to the development of young children
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to the needs of a dynamic classroom
  • Minimum requirement:
    High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred
